STATEHOUSE -

State Senator Kevin Bacon (R–Minerva Park) today presented a resolution to Lynda Murray honoring her for her retirement from the Ohio Library Council after over twenty years of service. Murray served as Director of Government and Legal Services for the Ohio Library Council and was instrumental in the creation and funding of the Ohio Public Library Information Network.

“I am privileged to present this resolution to a very deserving public servant in recognition of her hard work in making Ohio’s libraries the best they can be,” said Bacon. “Lynda set a great example for everyone by going above and beyond what was expected, and I wish her well in retirement.”
