COLUMBUS - State Senator Troy Balderson (R-Zanesville) today announced the release of state funds for facility improvements at Dillon State Park, located in Nashport, Ohio.

“Dillon State Park is an outstanding destination for family recreation and this renovation project will provide much needed improvements to park facilities,” said Balderson. 
On Monday, the Ohio Controlling Board approved a request for $261,000, made by the Department of Natural Resources, for cabin upgrades at various state parks, among which was Dillon State Park. 
Funds will be used to upgrade water systems, appliances, flooring throughout the cabins, upgraded plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, insulation, furniture and fireplaces.
