COLUMBUS– State Senator Troy Balderson (R–Zanesville) today honored the Ohio Christian University Men’s basketball team for winning this year’s national championship against the Arlington Baptist Patriots in the NCCAA Division II final. Coach Tony Stockman led the team to victory with a score of 73-62, and a season record of 27-8.

“The Trailblazers’ hard work and drive led them to win their first title in the program’s history,” Balderson said. “Coach Stockman’s expertise helped the team achieve a perfect season against NCCAA competition, and I expect we’ll continue to see more from them in the future.”
