COLUMBUS – Governor John Kasich today signed into law Senate Bill 23, sponsored by Senator Dave Burke (R-Marysville), which gives adults adopted between January 1964 and September 1996 appropriate access to their original birth records.  An adoptee himself, Senator Burke believes many Ohioans will benefit from this simple correction in the law by being able to access important health records.
