State Senator John Eklund (R- Munson Township) recently announced upcoming dates for district office hours in Geauga and Lake Counties. The Republican lawmaker joined the Senate chamber in late 2011 and looks forward to the opportunity to connect with area residents. "Since coming into office just a few months ago, I've had the pleasure of hearing from a number of our friends and neighbors throughout the region," said Eklund. "While phone calls and emails to the Columbus office are always welcome, there's no real substitute for a face-to-face interaction. District office hours will provide everyone with the opportunity to discuss their issues and share their ideas." Senator Eklund represents the 18th District which Geauga and Lake Counties and part of Cuyahoga County. He lives in Munson Township with his wife, Meg.
