Statehouse -

Ohio Senate President Keith Faber today appointed State Senator Peggy Lehner (R–Kettering) to serve as Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Education for the 130th General Assembly. Lehner has served as Education Chair since 2011 when she joined the Ohio Senate.

“I believe that education is at the heart of our mission in the Statehouse,” said Lehner. “Our goals to strengthen the economy, create stronger communities, and develop stable, diverse career opportunities for everyone center of providing a strong educational base.
