It’s a deadly addiction finding its way through Ohio’s neighborhoods. State Senator Gayle Manning (R-North Ridgeville) and State Representative Nathan Manning (R-North Ridgeville) recently joined federal, state and local leaders at Lorain County Community College for a discussion on the heroin epidemic affecting Lorain County and the entire state of Ohio. Members of the panel shared strategies being implemented at federal, state and local levels to address this issue.
