COLUMBUS—State Senator Scott Oelslager (R-North Canton) today announced the approval of loans totaling $15 million to continue construction and improvements to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Stark County. 

"A major tourist attraction, the Hall of Fame provides a significant benefit to the local community, as well as the state as a whole," said Oelslager. 

Additional funding will aid in the completion of the Hall of Fame Village Hotel and Garage Project, adding to the multi-million dollar investment in the Hall of Fame Village. It is expected that the continuation of work on the Hall of Fame will directly and indirectly create jobs, benefitting many business' in Stark and neighboring counties. 

This landmark draws visitors from across the country and hosts events such as the annual Hall of Fame Game, Enshrinement Ceremony, Concert for Legends and others throughout the year.
