Senator Oelslager looks on as Ohio Governor John Kasich signs the state budget

COLUMBUS —State Senator Scott Oelslager, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, took part in Sunday’s signing of Ohio’s two-year, $62 billion state budget into law by Ohio Governor John Kasich.

“This budget reforms taxes and invests in education – demonstrating our commitment to growing our economy and creating jobs in Ohio,” Oelslager said. “The policies contained in the budget will help move our state forward as we continue to make Ohio an attractive destination for business and ensure that Ohioans have the skills and training needed to compete in today’s workforce.”
