COLUMBUS -

Ohio Senate President Keith Faber (R–Celina) this week named State Senator Joe Uecker (R–Miami Township) as a non-voting member of the Clermont County Transportation Improvement District.

“The Clermont County TID has been one of the most successful in the state in terms of response to economic development,” said Uecker. “I’m looking forward to playing a role in their great work.”

According to the CCTID, the aim of this initiative is to foster increased collaboration with local partner jurisdictions and other county, regional, state, and federal agencies to implement a regional approach to transportation improvements in support of economic development in the county.
