COLUMBUS-State Senator Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) Roegner is applauding the unveiling today of the Cut Red Tape Ohio website as a significant campaign promise kept and a major win for Ohio. The website will give the public a say on how to best cut and reform unnecessary government regulations that too-often frustrate both consumers and businesses. Creation of the website was mandated by Senate Bill 9, co-sponsored by Roegner.

COLUMBUS-State Senator Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) said today she is thrilled to see state tax revenue has significantly increased following historic tax cuts for Ohio's working men and women, and small businesses. The state collected $54.2 million from income taxes in August, which was 6.8 percent more than was projected. Overall, Ohio collected 3.4 percent more tax revenue last month than was expected. Total tax collections for this fiscal year are $4.5 billion, almost 2 percent more than anticipated.

COLUMBUS-State Senator Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) attended the ceremony today designating a mile-long portion of County Road 321 in Stark County as "Army Sgt. Vernon R. Judd Memorial Highway." Roegner co-sponsored House Bill 291 honoring American heroes including Judd, who died in a prisoner of war camp in North Korea.

COLUMBUS-State Senator Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) announced today that Ohio has received its first applications to license out-of-state-doctors. That was made possible thanks to legislation sponsored by Roegner, the "Enter into Interstate Medical Licensure Compact," which became law last year.
