COLUMBUS - The Ohio Senate passed Senate Bill 155, sponsored by State Senator Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) which removes the requirement for the Department of Transportation to construct certain interstate interchanges.

Romanchuk's Bill Passes Allowing Pharmacy Technicians to Administer Immunizations
COLUMBUS - The Ohio Senate passed Senate Bill 144, which allows certified pharmacy technicians and registered pharmacy technicians to administer immunizations. This includes providing the service to children who are five, as opposed to the current age limit of seven. The bill was backed by State Senator Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) who serves as the Chair of the Medicaid Committee and member of the Health Committee.

Romanchuk Announces Millions More for District Projects
COLUMBUS - State Senator Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) announced nearly $5 million for important Capital Budget projects across Senate District 22. This is the second phase of the process following last week's announcement of a $350 million investment by the Senate in Ohio communities from the One-Time Strategic Community Investment Fund.

COLUMBUS-The Ohio Senate passed House Bill 49, which requires hospitals to comply with the federal price transparency law. This includes maintaining and making a public list of standard charges for services that a patient may schedule in advance. The bill was backed by State Senator Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) as the Chair of the Medicaid Committee and member of the Health Committee.

Senate Passes Resolution Urging Congress to Maintain 179th Airlift Wing
COLUMBUS-State Senator Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) announced the passage of House Concurrent Resolution 7 by the Ohio Senate this week. H.C.R. 7, introduced by Representatives Marilyn John (R-Richland County) and Darrell Kick (R-Loudonville), would urge Congress and the Department of Defense to maintain the C-130 fleet of the 179th Airlift Wing in Mansfield, Ohio.
